Would You Buy a Book With This Cover?

As I wrote about here and here, I'm helping my publisher seek image ideas for my novel, For the May Queen (for a synopsis, go here). Here's another one I just found. I like it best, I think, so far because it's the most nuanced.

To me, this image says sexuality, girl/woman, May, darkness and light. I like the colors and the composition.

What think you?

I like this one better than the one with the woman in the black and white striped dress--the striped-dress woman would be more in line with one of those "Sex and the City" type novels out there, whereas the girl sitting in the grass seems more evocative, more in line with what I know about your novel--a young woman on the threshold of her life. The striped-dress woman is a little more intimidating, too.

I like this one, but not sure if I like it more than the woman in the striped dress. There is more nuance to the photo of the girl in the grass, but the woman with her head thrown back, faceless, seems to be giving herself up. I'd love to see both of these images mocked up with the title, your name, etc.
